Approximately twenty-five percent of Invisalign patients are covered by their insurance for this treatment. On average, insurance pays over $500 of treatment costs.
If your dental insurance does not cover the cost of these invisible braces, you can still get coverage through orthodontic insurance, which is what many people get when they need to get braces but can’t afford it. Orthodontic insurance normally covers $1000 to $2500 for this treatment. You may even be able to add this to your basic dental insurance policy.
